This is an important team-building experience, and the result is improved interpersonal skills and fun for all! The concert is free and open to the public.

MINDFULNESS AND CREATIVITY

In four workshops from the Toledo Mindfulness Institute, students improve their ability to focus, reduce performance anxiety and feel more grounded on stage. The technique called "Mindfulness" produces long-lasting changes to attention, emotional regulation, and cognition.
