MINDFULNESS
& CREATIVITY

mindfulness- the art of being present to your life
The technique we call "Mindfulness" could be generally understood as self-awareness. More specifically, mindfulness is clear and nonjudgmental attention to awareness. If practiced regularly, it has been shown to produce long lasting changes in how one responds to stress and emotions. Because mindfulness is centered around attention, it's accessible to everyone, and is a lifelong skill.
In this class, which meets once daily over four days, students participate in activities that engage their senses and attention. They learn how to access deeper states of focus, flow, and creativity.
